Terms of Service

These are the rules for using our website and anything we sell through it (gift cards, catering requests, newsletter, MeatBot chat). By using the site, you're agreeing to them. If you don't, the door's open — or come visit us in person at 7545 Pearl Rd.

Who We Are

Jaworski Meats is a family-owned butcher shop and deli at 7545 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130. The website is operated by Jaworski Meats. Technical infrastructure is maintained by Hunter Systems. When these terms say “we,” “us,” or “our,” we mean Jaworski Meats.

Using the Website

You can use the site for what it's obviously for: browsing the menu, checking hours, requesting a party tray, signing up for the newsletter, buying a gift card, or asking MeatBot a question. You can't:

  • Scrape the site or automate abuse of the forms or chat.
  • Try to break into admin systems or payment flows.
  • Submit false information, impersonate someone else, or use the site to harass anyone.
  • Copy our content (photos, copy, brand, recipes in the menu) for commercial use without permission.

We reserve the right to block anyone abusing the site.

Our Content

The photos, logo, “Kielbasa King/Queen/Kid” monikers, menu descriptions, and other original content on the site belong to Jaworski Meats. You can share links to the site freely. You can't republish our content as your own.

Prices & Availability

Meat prices change with the market. The prices shown on the deli menu are accurate as of publishing but can change without notice. Item availability isn't guaranteed — some meats are seasonal, some sell out on busy weekends, and some (like bangers or whole pigs) are custom orders. Call us for today's numbers and to confirm availability: (440) 260-9788.

Party Trays & Catering

Party trays are $6.79 per person with a 10-person minimum. Submitting the catering form is a request for a quote, not a confirmed order. We'll call you back to confirm details, pricing, and pickup.

  • Lead times: 1 day notice for party trays, 2 days for 3-foot subs.
  • Changes / cancellations: Call us as soon as possible. Short-notice cancellations may still be charged if we've already prepped the order.
  • Pickup: In-store pickup only. No delivery.

Gift Cards

These terms apply to digital gift cards purchased through this website:

  • No expiration date. Gift card balances never expire.
  • No inactivity fees. We do not charge dormancy, service, or maintenance fees of any kind. Your balance stays intact regardless of how long since you last used the card.
  • Redemption. Gift cards are redeemed in-store at 7545 Pearl Rd. Present the code (or the confirmation email) at checkout.
  • Not redeemable for cash except where required by law.
  • Lost cards.Bring the confirmation email. If it's lost, call us — we keep records of every card issued and can look up your balance by name, email, or code.
  • Online processing fee. A $1.50 online processing fee is charged at the time of purchase and is non-refundable under all circumstances, including if the gift card itself is later refunded.
  • Refunds.Gift card face value is non-refundable once the card has been delivered, except where required by law. The $1.50 online processing fee is never refundable. If you have a problem, call us before disputing with your card issuer — we'll sort it out.
  • Fraud. Cards obtained through fraudulent means will be voided.

MeatBot (AI Chat)

MeatBot is an AI chatbot that can help you figure out what to order. It knows our menu and meat case but it's not perfect — it can make mistakes, it doesn't know what just sold out, and it can't confirm today's prices. For anything critical (large orders, specific cuts, allergen questions, pricing) call us at (440) 260-9788. MeatBot can't place orders, process payments, or make binding commitments on our behalf.

Food Safety & Allergies

We're a butcher shop that processes beef, pork, poultry, and pork products in the same facility. Homemade items may contain common allergens including wheat, soy, dairy, and various seasonings.

  • If you have food allergies or dietary restrictions, tell us directlywhen ordering — over the phone or at the counter. Do not rely on MeatBot or website descriptions alone.
  • Fresh meat and deli products must be refrigerated promptly and cooked to safe internal temperatures. We recommend following USDA guidelines.
  • It's your responsibility to handle, store, and cook products safely after you leave the shop.

Form Submissions & Communications

When you submit a form (party tray, newsletter, gift card, MeatBot chat), you're giving us permission to contact you at the phone number or email you provide, for the purpose you signed up for. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime. You can opt out of other contact by calling us.

Third-Party Services

The site links to our Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Profile. Embeds our Google Maps location. Uses Stripe for payment processing and Resend for email. We don't control those third-party services and we're not responsible for their content, policies, or outages. See our Privacy Policy for the full service list.

Site Availability

We try to keep the site up and running but we can't guarantee it. If the site is down, you can still reach us by phone or in person during business hours.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jaworski Meats, Hunter Systems, and our service providers aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, a gift card, or any order placed through the site. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to the amount you paid us for whatever the claim is about (for example, the gift card value). This doesn't limit any rights you have that can't be waived under applicable law.

Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is.” We don't make warranties about uninterrupted service, accuracy of AI chat responses, or availability of any specific product.

Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your violation of these terms or your misuse of the site.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in state or federal courts located in Cuyahoga County, Ohio.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects when changes were made. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new terms.
