Five minutes south on Pearl Rd. Where Parma's steak night gets its steaks.
Jaworski Meats sits 5 minutes south of Parma at 7545 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130. Multiple Parma bars and restaurants source their menu cuts here — most notably Ale Mary's, whose weekly steak night runs on our cuts. Polish kielbasa (smoked in-house since 1935), Hungarian and Slovenian sausage, custom cuts, party trays, and a 24-sub deli. Open Tuesday–Saturday. Call (440) 260-9788.
The Parma Connection
Parma drives down Pearl Rd to get to most things on the south side of Cleveland — and Jaworski Meats has been on that road since 1935. The shop sits in Middleburg Heights, but a meaningful slice of the customer base lives north of us in Parma.
Multiple Parma bars and restaurants source their weekly cuts from us. The most well-known is Ale Mary's, whose steak night runs on Jaworski Meats steaks every week. When you eat a steak there on steak night, that steak was cut at our counter that week.
Parma is also Cleveland's Polish heart. There's a reason our smoked Polish kielbasa moves the way it does — half the people asking for it have a grandmother from Parma. The Hungarian and Slovenian sausage move the same way; Parma has those communities too.
