Gift Card Questions
Do the gift cards expire?
No. Never. No dormancy fees, no inactivity fees, no maintenance fees of any kind. The balance stays exactly where you left it until somebody walks into the shop and spends it.
Can I redeem the gift card online?
Redeemed in the shop. Bring the email or just the code — we punch it in at the register and the balance comes off the total. We don't sell meat online; we're a butcher counter, not a warehouse.
Are there fees to buy a gift card?
A $1.50 online processing fee on top of the card amount. That's it. No purchase fee, no monthly fee, no fine print. The recipient gets every dollar you put on the card.
How does the card get to the recipient?
Email, instantly. After payment goes through, the card lands in their inbox (or yours, if you're forwarding it yourself). Includes the code, the amount, and any message you wrote.
What if the recipient loses the email?
Call us with the original buyer's name or email — we look it up and resend the code. The balance is tied to the code, not the email, so the card itself is always recoverable.
Can I buy a custom amount?
Yes. $25 minimum, $500 maximum. Pick a preset on the form or punch in any whole-dollar number in that range.
