Jaworski Meats is Cleveland's family-owned butcher shop and deli at 7545 Pearl Rd, Middleburg Heights, OH 44130. We sell 24 handmade subs, fresh-cut steaks and roasts, custom-ground burgers, homemade Polish kielbasa (smoked in-house since 1935), fresh and smoked sausage, and a meat case that changes daily. Menu Questions

Are the meats really cut fresh, or is that marketing?
Cut fresh. Every morning we break down primals and case-cut. Nothing in the meat case has been there longer than 48 hours, and most of it goes the same day it's cut. If you want it cut a specific way — thicker steaks, paper-thin pork for stuffing, family-pack ground — ask. That's the whole point of a butcher shop.
Can I order ahead so it's ready when I walk in?
Yes, please do. Call (440) 260-9788 in the morning, tell us what you want, and we'll have it bagged and on the counter when you arrive. Lunch orders especially — you skip the line at noon.
What's the deal with the 24 handmade subs?
All built in-house, all on fresh bread, all with meat we cut and cheese we slice that morning. The Italian, the Cuban, the Polish (kielbasa, kraut, mustard, on rye), and 21 others. The full list is on the deli menu above.
Do you do custom cuts?
That's most of what we do. Steak thickness, roast weight, ground meat blend ratios, sausage stuffings — bring us a recipe or a number and we'll cut to it. Custom orders for parties or freezer packs work best with a day of notice.
What's special about the kielbasa?
Smoked in-house, ground in-house, cased in-house. The recipe goes back to Fred Jaworski in 1935 and we haven't found a reason to change it. Fresh kielbasa Tuesdays and Saturdays; smoked is in the case Wednesday through Friday.
